Jill and Gary, I wanted to let you
and all that are looking for a new saddle. You are the
greatest! Never have I dealt with with nicer and more
knowledgeable people. From the first email, to my new
Phoenix being delivered you were there to answer my
questions. My saddle fits me and Dixie just fine.
I was concerned, but your knowledge of horses and their
needs for correct saddle fit helped me make a hard decision.
Of the 12 different saddles I have purchased in the last 4

Hi J&G, You guys are the great.
My Belgian was extremely
hard to fit. You suggest that I try the Vaquero and it
really fits Rudy just like you said it would. Many thanks as
you have saved me tons of $$$$ on no fit saddles. I'm
sending an email to Timberline and letting them know about

After more non fitting saddles from
other companies than I can count, I was very skeptical of
ordering another saddle. I had what I thought to be a
very hard to fit walking horse. You folks assured me
that your saddles would not only fit, but be the most
comfortable I had rode in. Well let me say this "you
under estimate your knowledge and abilities". Your
saddle fits Spirit better than any saddle I have ever tried.
And for me, I bring it in the house and set on it to watch
TV. I will never understand how you do it, but all my
friends want one. Thank you again and again. She felt the money she lost in returning or reselling was well over $4000. She wanted us to publish the names, but we felt it would not be proper.

Thank you Jill and Gary, I will never have to buy another saddle. The SIRA fits Dusty and me both. I could not imagine a saddle that would fit so well. I'm having my friends and trainer try it on all the horses in their barn. So far it fits every horse they try it on. When I say I will never buy another saddle, don't take me serious.
