Return & Exchange Policies

 At the J&G Ranch we make every effort to satisfy your saddle needs.  However there are times that no matter how hard we try, things do not workout.

We offer a 10 day return or exchange on saddles purchased from us with some exceptions.

Exceptions:

• Special clearance sale priced Saddles

• Used Saddles

• Unique designed or custom ordered saddles*

• Saddles ordered in Natural Leather are not returnable to J&G Ranch **(Any Factory warranty work must be approved)

• If you are returning a saddle and not exchanging it, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This depends on the type of saddle and condition returned.

• Saddles must be clean and in new condition. Saddles that require cleaning or repair will be charged an additional fee related to work required.

• Orders cancelled prior to delivery will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.*

• Special priced, discontinued saddles, Pads and girths are non returnable.

• If you order a saddle that is uniquely designed, it may not be returnable.  This policy will be assessed on resale ability of the saddle.

• All shipping fees are non refundable.

• Refunds will be issued in 10 to 20 business days (after return and checking of saddle) and reimbursed by check or PayPal*.  Please be aware that credit card (PayPal) fees will also be deducted from your refund. Usually about 3% of your total price.

Special Note: Please be aware that modifying saddle or panels in anyway will void the warranty.

*Disclaimer: J & G Ranch can not be responsible or liable for delays in estimated delivery times.  All dates given are estimated only and can vary due to factory workloads or individual feature of saddles ordered.  Saddles not paid in full at time of order will be delayed until payment in full is received and/or returned to stock for resale. We can not be responsible for price fluctuations either higher or lower.
