The materials in SaddleRight pads totally protect specific Neuro lymphatic reflex systems. SaddleRight formulated layers of this complex material that protect sensitive trigger points on horses' backs, even under strenuous competition. Constant pressure on these points will inflame certain muscle groups and create less effectiveness, especially pelvic girdle area (rear end), pulling with their forehand, favoring leads and diagonals, among other things. Other pads allow fluids & air (under pressure) move away from saddle bars creating MORE pressure. Then other materials pack and compress flat, becoming hard and very ineffective.

Everything about this pad from the 100% wool on the bottom to the inside material to the leather on the top side is completely breathable. The wool wicks away the sweat. The inside material is known for it's breath ability as it is constantly giving and taking. If you put your pad directly next to the horse with no protective liner you will find the hair from the horse actually growing into the pad. The inside has to breathe to instantly, continuously and forever rebound as it does. The outside is as natural as it can get for breathing as it was some animals hide previously. Last but not least the contour and the open in the front and back allows an extra air channel. We took 3 1/2 years of testing and changing and work to get the most perfect materials and combinations for breath ability and complete protection from the saddle bar. Also, being able to use their major working muscles instead of the smaller ones, allows them to put less stress on their muscles and acquire the best possible strides without extensive sweating. You have (15) colors of Suede leather to choose from and the underside is a grey Wool felt.
